During this meditation class, Anja will help you find the right meditation technique for you - bringing together her extensive knowledge not only on meditation, but also on mindfulness and pranayama -, so that you can enjoy the benefits from the first moment onwards, and so you can easily and effortlessly introduce it as a new habit into your daily life. Come and enjoy a meditation session in Son Boronat's beautiful yoga room or tranquil gardens.
