A deeply healing 5 day retreat at beautiful Son Boronat with Trish from Soul Adventures. The weave of this powerful programme will be a mix of shamanic kundalini yoga, breathwork, yoga nidra and deep sound healing. There will be 3 sessions per day with the afternoons free for additional therapies and relaxation.
