Terms of Use
Last updated: June 25, 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.hotelsonboronat.com (the "Website") and your relationship with Agroturismo Son Boronat SL ("Son Boronat," "we," "us"). By using the Website, you accept these Terms together with our Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. Specific bookings are also governed by our Reservations & Cancellation Policy and, for events, by the applicable booking agreement or signed agreement.
1. Who we are
Agroturismo Son Boronat SL, CIF B72740814, registered office Camí de Son Boronat 33, 07184 Calvià, Illes Balears, Spain. Email: hello@hotelsonboronat.com. Telephone: +34 601 988 333.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to:
use it in any way that breaches applicable law or these Terms;
attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or its systems;
introduce viruses or other harmful material; or
reproduce, copy, or exploit any content of the Website except as permitted by our Legal Notice.
3. Information and prices
We make every effort to ensure the information on the Website, including descriptions, photographs, services, and prices, is accurate and current. However, content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Prices, availability, packages, and offers are indicative and are confirmed only at the time a reservation is made and accepted. Images are illustrative.
4. Inquiries and bookings
Submitting an inquiry through the Website or by email does not create a confirmed booking. A reservation is only confirmed in accordance with our Reservations & Cancellation Policy or, for events, once the relevant booking agreement or written confirmation is in place and any required deposit is received.
5. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Under Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (the consolidated Consumers and Users Act), the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for accommodation, catering, leisure, or event services provided on a specific date or period. Cancellations of stays and events are therefore governed by our Reservations & Cancellation Policy and by the applicable agreement, not by a right of withdrawal.
6. Online purchases and event tickets
We sell certain products and services directly, including tickets and entries to events and experiences at Son Boronat, through our website's online store, and we also sell in person at our reception and store. When you buy online:
The essential characteristics and the total price, including applicable IVA, are shown before you complete your purchase.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase through our website platform's secure payment system.
After a successful purchase you receive a confirmation, and where relevant your ticket, by email. Please check the details and contact us promptly if anything is incorrect.
Tickets and entries are valid only for the date, event, and conditions stated, and may be subject to capacity limits and to the specific terms shown at the time of purchase.
Because tickets and entries to events, experiences, and other leisure or catering services are provided on a specific date, they are exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 103(l) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. Any refund, exchange, or transfer is therefore subject to the specific conditions shown at purchase. If we cancel or materially reschedule an event, we will offer you a suitable alternative or a refund. Should we ever offer physical goods for sale online, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal will apply to those goods, as indicated at the point of purchase.
In-person purchases at our reception or store are completed on site and are subject to general consumer law and to the conditions displayed or provided at the point of sale.
7. Third-party services and links
Reservations and purchases may be completed through our third-party booking and payment providers, and the Website may link to other third-party sites. Those services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies, for which we are not responsible.
8. Availability of the Website
We aim to keep the Website available and working correctly, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses. We may suspend, withdraw, or restrict all or part of the Website for operational, maintenance, or security reasons, and we will try to give reasonable notice where we can. You are responsible for the arrangements needed to access the Website, including your own device and internet connection.
9. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Son Boronat shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Website, or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or our liability to consumers under mandatory consumer protection rules.
10. Intellectual property
All content of the Website is protected as set out in our Legal Notice and may not be used without our prior written consent.
11. Data protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of your relationship with us when you use the Website.
12. Force majeure
We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations that is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural events, extreme weather, fire, flood, strikes, failures of utilities or communications networks, acts of public authorities, epidemics, or other emergencies.
13. Complaints and notices
If you have a complaint, please contact us first at hello@hotelsonboronat.com so we can try to resolve it. Official complaint forms (hojas de reclamación) and the consumer dispute resolution options described in our Legal Notice are also available to you. Any formal notice to us should be sent to the email or registered address in section 1.
14. Severability, waiver, and assignment
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may assign ours where it does not reduce your rights.
15. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Legal Notice, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Reservations & Cancellation Policy, and, where applicable, your signed booking or event agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of the Website.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Website at the time you use it, shown with its "last updated" date. Bookings and purchases already confirmed are governed by the terms accepted at the time.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be subject to the Courts of Mallorca (Illes Balears, Spain), without prejudice to the right of a consumer to bring proceedings before the courts of their place of residence and to the consumer dispute resolution options described in our Legal Notice.
