Service Description

This workshop will take you on a journey into the sensitive body through awakening the senses, feeling, stillness and movement. YogaSOMATICS is a non-linear experiential practice combining traditional yoga, moden somatic movement and energetic work. The practice is about sensing and shaping from within connecting to one’s own life energy and body wisdom.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel any service, guests are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours' notice. Guests can cancel via the confirmation email or contact us directly. Refunds, if applicable, are processed via email. For third-party bookings, please refer to their policy. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior will incur a 50% fee. No-shows without prior communication may forfeit future bookings to prevent disruptions and ensure fairness for all attendees. In the event of hotel or teacher cancellation, no fee will incur, and a new session may be scheduled.
